OUR TEAM

A stable structure begins with a strong foundation. The employees at Mainline Construction form the heart of our company and play a major role in our success. From our skilled general labourers and equipment operators, to our foremen, superintendents and project managers, we bring experience, motivation and dedication to every project.

 

Our corporate team includes:

 

GENERAL MANAGER:

Manages operational costs, formulates prices, coordinates business operations, as well as monitors and motivates all staff.

 

ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT:

Maintains accounts receivable/payable, as well as financial reporting, controls and process.

 

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL:

Inspects and evaluates the environment, equipment and process in working areas to ensure compliance with government, corporate and industry safety standards.

 

SHOP AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE:

Plans, schedules, directs and evaluates repairs and service of equipment.

 

ESTIMATING GROUP:

Provides budget, project cost estimates and scheduling.

 

TEAM OF PROJECT MANAGERS:

Provides specialized expertise in their department: earth works, underground, energy services, etc.

 

SUPERINTENDENTS:

Keeps crews staffed and coordinates the utilization and efficiency of resources.

 

FOREMAN AND LEAD HANDS:

Organizes the personnel and ensures the day to day tasks get done.

 

FRONT LINE WORKERS:

Operates equipment and provides general labour.
