Inspects and evaluates the environment, equipment and process in working areas to ensure compliance with government, corporate and industry safety standards.
SHOP AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE:
Plans, schedules, directs and evaluates repairs and service of equipment.
Provides budget, project cost estimates and scheduling.
TEAM OF PROJECT MANAGERS:
Provides specialized expertise in their department: earth works, underground, energy services, etc.
Keeps crews staffed and coordinates the utilization and efficiency of resources.
FOREMAN AND LEAD HANDS:
Organizes the personnel and ensures the day to day tasks get done.
FRONT LINE WORKERS:
Operates equipment and provides general labour.
